Group Training
Group Training involves physical exercise in a group environment with varying intensity level designed to the requirement of participant’s
fitness levels. Minimum resources/ equipment required using the special events surroundings to create activities that can include:
• Body weight type exercises.
• Interval training.
• Water, land based activities.
• Bootcamp style training.
• Numerous options available.

Improvements in cardiovascular fitness, strength, body management skills.

Programming: Advanced / Beginner
Advanced / Beginner programs are tailored for specific target groups. Programs will be designed accordingly to group capabilities
and objectives. Programs can range from Advanced Level - That are tailored for extreme/high fitness, to Beginner Level that are tailored for gentle
to moderate fitness abilities.
Stretch / Flexibility Activities (Great for conference breaks). Stretch breaks can be offered in interval breaks to invigorate participants.
Outcomes:
Postural awareness, improved flexibility, stretch education with demonstrated stretching suitable for the workplace.
