Pipefit is a combination of cardiovascular fitness and resistance endurance  training for all fitness levels.

Pipefit-Conducted in small groups and delivered in an open outdoor environment.

What can I expect?

Pipefit sessions commence with a short run/walk  warm up carrying a meter long pipe with a weight ranging from 3.4-5.4kg. Once at location groups will be involved in circuit based activities that can include squats and lunges to firm and strengthen leg muscles, running drills to improve co ordination, agility and fitness. Oh yeah! Lots of this stuff too!

Sit ups , push ups ,torso twists , Arm curls , shoulder presses , back curls to improve upper body strength and definition with reps, reps and more reps!!
